Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 15.--MUTUAL HAIL INSURANCE COMPANIES

      40-1515.   Uniform rates for same class of risks.No mutual hail insurance company shall charge or receive, directly orindirectly, a higher or greater rate for insurance against destruction ordamage by hail of any property within the state than it charges for otherrisks in this state of the same kind or class, consideration being given tothe location of the risk and the hazards thereof.
