      40-1602.   Execution of contracts byattorney-in-fact.Reciprocal insurance contracts may be executed by anattorney-in-fact, duly authorized and acting for thesubscribers of a reciprocal, andsuch attorney-in-fact may be a corporation. The officeor offices of such attorney-in-fact may be maintained atsuch place or places as may be designated by the subscribers in the power ofattorney.
