Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 16.--RECIPROCAL OR INTERINSURANCE CONTRACTS

      40-1610.   Certificate of authority; revocation orsuspension.Eachreciprocal shall procure from the commissioner a certificate ofauthority stating that all of therequirements of this article have been complied with.Upon such compliance and the payment of the fees required by this article,the commissioner shall issue suchcertificate of authority. The commissioner may revoke orsuspend any certificate of authority issued hereunder in case of breach ofany of the conditions imposed by this article after reasonable notice hasbeen given to the reciprocal in writing, so thatsuch reciprocal may appear and show cause why such actionshould not be taken. The certificate of authorityshall continue in full force and effect until such certificate is suspendedor revoked or a newcertificate of authority is issued or specifically refused.
