Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 19a.--NONPROFIT DENTAL SERVICE CORPORATIONS

      40-19a12.   Surplus; how distributed.Any surplus accumulated by a corporation subject to this act beyond areserve fund equal to the amount disbursed during the preceding year forcare received by subscribers and beyond the reserves required by K.S.A.40-19a08, shall within one year after its accumulationbe distributed to subscribers either in the form of increased benefitsor rebate of subscription charges.
