Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-222e.   Same; suspension, revocation or refusal to renew certificate. Whenever any insurance company subject to the provisions of this actfails to comply with any requirement imposed pursuant to this act, thecommissioner may suspend or revoke such company's certificate of authorityto transact business in this state pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A.40-222 or the commissioner may refuse to renew such company's certificateof authority.
