Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-223c.   Same; duties of commissioner; warrants of director ofaccounts and reports.At such monthly intervals as he deems necessary and subject to thelimitations applicable to this act, the commissioner shall certify theamount of compensation and expense reimbursement due on a voucher to thedirector of accounts and reports for payment of such amount. Upon receiptof such voucher, properly executed, the director of accounts and reportsshall issue his warrant to the state treasurer for the payment out of therevolving fund provided for by this act.
