Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-223e.   Training insurance company examiners; establishment ofrevolving fund for financing training.A revolving fund, designated as the "insurance company examiner trainingfund" in an amount not to exceed forty thousand dollars ($40,000) shall beset apart and maintained for the commissioner of insurance from insurancecompany tax and fee collections. Such fund shall be held by the statetreasurer for the payment of enrollment costs of training for insurancecompany examiners and for the expenses and salaries incurred by theexaminers while receiving the training, and shall be limited to the amountnecessary to provide training to and compensate and reimburse thoseindividuals who in the opinion of the commissioner would benefit from thetraining.
