Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-241j.   Annual report of agents contracted with andpayment of certification fees; audit.Each companyadmitted to this state shall report annually to the commissioner all agents thecompany has contracted with during the prior calendar year and shall pay thecertification fees set forth in K.S.A. 40-252, and amendments thereto. Thecommissioner may audit agent or representative certification forms and fees toensure proper reporting and receipt of fees. Any costs associated with auditingsuch forms shall be borne by the company or auto rental agency audited.
