      40-246d.   Same; revocation or suspension of license,when.The commissioner may, in the manner prescribed by law, revoke or suspendthe license of any agent issued pursuant toeither K.S.A. 40-241, and amendments thereto, orK.S.A. 2009 Supp.40-4906,and amendments thereto,of the Kansas Statutes Annotated when such agent shall engage in anytransaction permitted only to licensees under the provisions of K.S.A.40-246b, and amendments thereto, without first obtaining the license asrequiredby K.S.A. 40-246b and amendments thereto.
