Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-254.   Violations of act; penalty.Unless herein otherwise provided, every violation of any of theprovisions of this code shall subject the person violating the same to apenalty of not to exceed five hundred dollars for each violation or byimprisonment not to exceed six months in the county jail or both.
