Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-263.   Same; home or principal office; alternate locations.At any time the board of directors of a domestic insurance company may,by resolution, provide that in the event of such a national emergency thehome office or principal place of business of the company shall be at suchlocation as is named or described in the resolution. Such resolution mayprovide for alternate locations and establish an order of preference.
