Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-264.   Statement of ownership of equity shares in domestic stockcompanies filed with commissioner, when; changes.Every person who is directly or indirectly the beneficial owner of morethan ten percent (10%) of any class of any equity security of a domesticstock insurance company, or who is a director or an officer of suchcompany, shall file in the office of the commissioner of insurance on orbefore January 31, 1966, or within ten (10) days after he becomes suchbeneficial owner, director or officer, a statement, in such form as thecommissioner may prescribe, of the amount of all equity securities of suchcompany of which he is the beneficial owner, and within ten (10) days afterthe close of each calendar month thereafter, if there has been a change insuch ownership during such month, shall file in the office of thecommissioner a statement, in such form as the commissioner may prescribe,indicating his ownership at the close of the calendar month and suchchanges in his ownership as have occurred during such calendar month.
