      40-268.   Provisions of 40-264 to 40-266 inapplicable to arbitragetransactions; exception.The provisions of K.S.A. 40-264, 40-265 and 40-266 shall not apply to foreignor domestic arbitrage transactions unlessmade in contravention of such rules and regulations as the commissionermay adopt in order to carry out the purposes of this act.
