Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-272.   Regulations regarding proxies, consents or authorizationconcerning securities of domestic companies.The commissioner of insurance shall have specific authority to prescriberules and regulations regarding proxies, consents or authorizations inrespect of securities issued by domestic insurance companies and such rulesand regulations shall conform to those prescribed by the nationalassociation of insurance commissioners.
