      40-283.   Same; interest not subject to certain provisions.The provisions of K.S.A. 40-252, 40-928 and 40-1113 shall not apply to anyinterest permitted or required by this act; norshall such interest be subject to the provisions of any rules orregulations, adopted pursuant to or to carry out the foregoing statutoryprovisions, and which are in conflict with the provisions of this act.
