Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-2,108.   Same; rules and regulations by commissioner.The commissioner shall promulgate such rules and regulations as arenecessary to carry out the provisions of this act. Violations of thisact shall be violations of the unfair trade practices act, K.S.A. 40-2407and 40-2411. This act shall not apply if the commissionerdetermines nonrenewal or policy limitation is necessary to preserveinsurance company solvency or protect policyholders interests.
