      40-2,124.   Certain property and casualty rate filings not affected bycertain rate regulation statutes.Nothing in K.S.A. 40-927, 40-928, 40-929, 40-1112 and40-1113, and amendments thereto, shall alter the basis for approval ordisapproval of consent to rate or unique and unusual rate filings forindividual risks nor shall any provision of such statutes require that allpresent approved rates be refiled.
