Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 21.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      40-2115.   Hearings; compliance with 40-281 and the Kansasadministrative procedure act.Any hearing held by the commissioner of insurance pursuant to theprovisions of this act shall be in substantial compliance with theprovisions of K.S.A. 40-281 and amendments thereto unless the hearinginvolves an order asdefined in K.S.A. 77-502 and amendments thereto, in which casethe hearing shall beconducted in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
