40-2127. Same; annual financial report to commissioner; financialexamination by commissioner.(a) Not later than July 1, 1993, and July 1 of each succeedingyear, the board shall submit an audited financial report for the plan for thepreceding calendar year to the commissioner in a form provided or prescribed bythe commissioner.
(b) The financial status of the plan shall be subject to examination by thecommissioner or the commissioner's designee. Such examination shall beconducted at least once every three years beginning January 1, 1995. Thecommissioner shall transmit a copy of the results of such examination to thelegislature by February 1 of the year following the year in which theexamination is conducted.
