Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 22.--UNIFORM POLICY PROVISIONS

      40-2209c.   Same; application of act; construction of 40-2209.The provisions of this act shall apply to health benefit plans covering smallemployers as defined herein. Where the provisions of K.S.A. 40-2209 andamendments thereto are not inconsistent with these provisions, they shall beconstrued as supplemental to and not in derogation or limitation of anyrequirements, prohibitions or restrictions contained herein.
