Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 22.--UNIFORM POLICY PROVISIONS

      40-2213.   Prior policy, rider or endorsement.A policy, rider or endorsement, which could have been lawfully used ordelivered or issued for delivery to any person in this state immediatelybefore the effective date of this act may be used or delivered or issuedfor delivery to any such person during five (5) years after theeffective date of this act without being subject to the provisions ofK.S.A. 40-2202, 40-2203 or 40-2204.
