Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 22.--UNIFORM POLICY PROVISIONS

      40-2223.   Same; examination; subject to insurance laws.Any person or entity unable to show under K.S.A. 40-2222 thatit is subject to the jurisdiction of an agency of this state or the federalgovernment shall: (a) Submit to an examination by the insurance commissionerto determine the organizationand solvency of the person or the entity; (b) be subject to all applicableprovisions of chapter 40 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated. Any examinationconducted under this section shall be performed in accordance with K.S.A.40-222 and 40-223, and amendments thereto.
