      40-2228c.   Same; payment of premiums through payrollor pension deductionplan; requirements under 40-2228b; application or enrollment form.When the policyholder or certificateholder pays premiums for along-term care insurance policy or certificate through a payroll or pensiondeduction plan, the requirements contained in K.S.A. 40-2228b neednot be met until60 days after the policyholder or certificateholder is no longer on such apayment plan. The application or enrollment form for such policies orcertificates shall clearly indicate the payment plan selected by the applicant.
