Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 22.--UNIFORM POLICY PROVISIONS

      40-2228f.   Long-term care insurance prompt paymentact; effective date.(a)K.S.A. 2009 Supp.40-2228f through 40-2228h, and amendments thereto,shall beknown as the Kansas long-term care insuranceprompt payment act and shall apply to any policy of long-term care insuranceissued or renewed in this state.

      (b)   The provisions of the Kansas long-term care prompt payment act shall takeeffect and be in force on and after January 1,2008.
