Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 22a.--UTILIZATION REVIEW

      40-22a10.   Same; patient information not subject todiscovery or subpoena.Any records, charts or other information exchanged between ahealth care provider or patient and a utilization review organization shall notbe subject to discovery, subpoena or other means of legal compulsion for theirrelease to any person or entity and shall not be admissible in evidence in anyjudicial or administrative proceeding other than a disciplinary proceeding bythe state board of healing arts or other agency of the state which regulateshealth care providers.
