      40-2306a.   Other laws, retirement, annuity and pension plans notaffected.Nothing contained in this act shall be construed as repealing oramending any law except those specifically amended or repealed by this act,nor shall this act be construed as amending any retirement, annuity orpension plan provided under any other law of this state.
