Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 23.--OLD-AGE AND SURVIVORS INSURANCE FOR PUBLIC EMPLOYEES

      40-2309.   Studies and reports.The state agency shall make studies concerning the problem of old-ageand survivors insurance protection for employees of the state and localgovernments and their instrumentalities and concerning the operation ofagreements made and plans approved under this act and shall submit a reportto the legislature at the beginning of each regular session, covering theadministration and operation of this act during the preceding calendaryear, including such recommendations for admendments to this act as itconsiders proper.
