Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 24.--REGULATION OF CERTAIN TRADE PRACTICES

      40-2404a.   Rules and regulations.The commissioner may, after notice and hearing, promulgate reasonablerules and regulations, as are necessary or proper to identify specificmethods of competition or acts or practices which are prohibited byK.S.A. 40-2404, but the regulations shall not enlarge upon orextend the provisions of K.S.A. 40-2404.
