Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 24.--REGULATION OF CERTAIN TRADE PRACTICES

      40-2420.   Same; invalidity of part.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person orcircumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect otherprovisions or application of the act which can be given effect without theinvalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of thisact are declared to be severable.
