40-2505. Same; renewal of certificate.Every certificate of authority issued hereunder shall expire annually onMay 1 of each year unless sooner revoked or suspended as hereinafterprovided and application for renewal of such certificate of authorityshall be filed upon such forms, as are provided by the commissioner, andshall contain such information as the commissioner may prescribe. It isalso required that a verified statement showing a list of all assets andliabilities as of the preceding December 31 be filed by March 1 of eachyear with the application for renewal of certificate of authority. Thecommissioner may upon request, and for good cause shown, grant areasonable extension of time within which such statement may be filed.Such statement shall also include the number of Kansas members and thenumber of all members. The annual license fee for renewal of suchcertificate of authority shall be one hundred ten dollars ($110).
