Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 25.--AUTOMOBILE CLUB SERVICES

      40-2509.   Same; misleading public prohibited.Automobile clubs operating hereunder shall make no reference to theircertificate of authority or approval from the commissioner of insurance inany advertising, circular, contract or membership card nor shall suchautomobile clubs advertise or describe in any way their services in such amanner as would lead the public to believe such services include automobileinsurance or anything else not contained in the contract.
