Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 25.--AUTOMOBILE CLUB SERVICES

      40-2510.   Same; violations of act; penalties; prosecution.Every person violating any of the provisions of this act shall uponconviction thereof be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500) foreach violation or be imprisoned for not more than six (6) months in thecounty jail or be both so fined and imprisoned. If the commissioner hasreason to believe that any person has violated any provision of this actfor which criminal prosecution would be in order, he may so inform thecounty attorney in whose county any such purported violation may haveoccurred, who shall have the duty to prosecute the case, if, in hisjudgment, a violation of law has occurred.
