Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 27.--UNIFORM UNAUTHORIZED INSURERS ACT

      40-2709.   Invalidity of part.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person orcircumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect otherprovisions or applications of the act which can be given effect without theinvalid provision, and to this end the provisions of this act are declaredto be severable.
