Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 28.--TAXATION OF COMPANIES

      40-2809.   Same; disposition of revenue.The commissioner of insurance shall remit all tax moneyscollected underthe provisions of this act to the state treasurer in accordancewith the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt ofeach such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amountin the state treasury tothe credit of the state general fund.
