Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 29.--KANSAS INSURANCE GUARANTY ASSOCIATION ACT

      40-2915.   Same; liability of parties for actions.There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action of anynature shall arise against any member insurer, the association or itsagents or employees, the board of directors, or the commissioner or hisrepresentatives for any action taken by them in the performance of theirpowers and duties under this act.
