Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 2c.--RISK-BASED CAPITAL REQUIREMENTS

      40-2c14.   Review of RBC plans; expenses.The commissioner may retain actuaries and investment expertsand other consultants as may be necessary in the judgment of the commissionerto review the insurer's RBC plan or revised RBC plan, examine or analyze theassets, liabilities and operations of the insurer and formulate the correctiveorder with respect to the insurer. The reasonable fees, costs and expensesrelating to consultants shall be borne by the affected insurer or other partyas directed by the commissioner.
