      40-2d22.   Provisions of act supplemental to otherprovisions of law.The provisions of this act are supplemental to any otherprovisions of the laws of this state, and shall not preclude nor limit anyother powers or duties of the commissioner under such laws, including but notlimited to K.S.A. 40-3605 et seq. and amendments thereto.
