      40-3120.   Reasonable competition and availability of excesscoverage unaffected.Nothing in this act shall be construed as prohibiting or discouragingreasonable competition or the availability of motor vehicle liabilityinsurance policies containing coverage exceeding that required to complywith K.S.A. 40-3118.
