Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 32.--HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS AND MEDICARE PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS

      40-3210.   Prepaid per capitaor aggregate fixed sum contracts authorized.Any health maintenance organization or medicare provider organizationissued a certificate andotherwise in compliance with this act may enter into contracts in thisstate to provide an agreed upon set of health care services to enrollees orgroups of enrollees in exchange for a prepaid per capita or prepaidaggregate fixed sum.
