      40-3219.   Effect of act on federalassistance.Nothing in this act shall prohibit any health maintenance organizationor medicare provider organization from meeting the requirements of anyfederal law which would authorize thehealth maintenance organization or medicare provider organization toreceive federal financial assistance orto enroll beneficiaries assisted by federal funds.
