Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 32.--HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS AND MEDICARE PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS

      40-3220.   Annual report.Every health maintenance organization and medicare provider organizationauthorized under this act shallannually on or before the first day of March, file a verified report withthe commissioner, showing its condition on the last day of the precedingcalendar year, on forms prescribed by the commissioner. Such report shallinclude:

      (a)   A financial statement of the organization, including itsbalance sheet and receipts and disbursements for the preceding year; and

      (b)   such other information relating to the performance of health maintenanceorganizations as shall be required by the commissioner. Every healthmaintenance organization and medicare provider organization authorized underthis act shall be subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 40-225 and amendmentsthereto.
