Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 32.--HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS AND MEDICARE PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS

      40-3224.   Investments.With the exception of investments made in accordance with otherprovisions of this act, the investable funds of a health maintenanceorganization shall be invested only in securities or other instrumentspermitted by article 2a of chapter 40 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, oracts amendatory thereof of supplemental thereto, or such other securitiesor investments as the commissioner may permit.
