40-3418. Severability of act.If any clause, paragraph, subsection or section of this act shallbe held invalid or unconstitutional, it shall be conclusively presumed thatthe legislature would have enacted the remainder of this act without suchinvalid or unconstitutional clause, paragraph, subsection or section.
