Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 36.--IMPAIRED OR INSOLVENT INSURERS

      40-3611.   Same; proceeding commenced prior to effective date of act.Every proceeding heretofore commenced under the laws in effectbefore the enactment of this act shall be deemed to have commenced under thisact for the purpose of conducting the proceeding henceforth, except that in thediscretion of the commissioner the proceeding may be continued, in whole or inpart, as it would have been continued had this act not been enacted.
