40-3628. Same; list of insurer's assets; time for preparation; amendingand supplementing list; filing of list.(a) As soon as practicable after the liquidation order butnotlater than 120 days thereafter, the liquidator shall prepare in duplicate alist of the insurer's assets. The list shall be amended or supplemented fromtime to time as the liquidator may determine. One copy shall be filed in thedistrict court of Shawnee county and one copy shall be retained for theliquidator's files. All amendments and supplements shall be similarly filed.
(b) A submission to the court for disbursement of assets in accordance withK.S.A. 40-3637 fulfills the requirements of subsection (a).
