Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 36.--IMPAIRED OR INSOLVENT INSURERS

      40-3644.   Discharge of liquidator; orders of court.When all assets justifying the expense of collection anddistribution have been collected and distributed under this act, the liquidatorshall apply to the court for discharge. The court may grant the discharge andmake any other orders, including an order to transfer any remaining funds thatare uneconomic to distribute, as deemed appropriate.
