      40-3645.   Liquidation proceedings; reopening after termination; order ofcourt.After the liquidation proceeding has been terminated and theliquidator discharged, the commissioner may at any time petition the districtcourt of Shawnee county to reopen the proceedings for good cause, including thediscovery of additional assets. If the court is satisfied that there isjustification for reopening, such court shall so order.
