Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 36.--IMPAIRED OR INSOLVENT INSURERS

      40-3646.   Same; disposition of records; direction by court.Whenever it shall appear to the commissioner that the recordsofany insurer in process of liquidation or completely liquidated are no longeruseful, the commissioner may recommend to the court and the court shall directwhich records should be retained for future reference and which should bedestroyed.
