Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 36.--IMPAIRED OR INSOLVENT INSURERS

      40-3647.   Receiverships; audits; filing and payment of costs.The court, as it deems desirable, may cause audits to be madeofthe books of the commissioner relating to any receivership established underthis act, and a report of each audit shall be filed with the commissioner andwith the court. The books, records and other documents of the receivershipshall be made available to the auditor at any time without notice. The expenseof each audit shall be considered a cost of administration of the receivership.
