Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 36.--IMPAIRED OR INSOLVENT INSURERS

      40-3655.   Same; no attachment, garnishment or levy of execution duringpendency of liquidation proceedings.During the pendency in this or any other state of aliquidationproceeding, whether called by that name or not, no action or proceeding in thenature of an attachment, garnishment or levy of execution shall be commenced ormaintained in this state against the delinquent insurer or its assets.
